Before Finalizing Your Booking, Serenity Destinations Travel Agency Requires You To Read And Sign This Terms And Conditions Agreement. It Constitutes Part Of Your Contract For Your Trip And Any Related Services. Please Contact Us If You Have Any Questions.
Please thoroughly review these terms and conditions of Serenity Destinations Travel Agency and serenitydestinations.net. The addressee of this notice will be the only recipient of this booking receipt and terms and conditions. It is the sole responsibility of the addressee to inform all other parties traveling of the contents of these terms and conditions. The booking passenger, by accepting this receipt and making payment to Serenity Destinations Travel Agency, acknowledges that they have been advised of, reviewed, and hereby accept these terms and conditions and contract for travel related services.
You understand that you are required to immediately review all aspects of your booking to verify (but not limited to): passenger names, date of birth, pricing, airfare, arrival/departure airports, accommodations, and organized activities on your itinerary once sent.
You understand that if an aspect of your trip needs to be changed after booking, you will be required to pay a $25 change fee to Serenity Destinations Travel Agency and any applicable fees associated with changing your booking.
If traveling internationally, you understand that you need a passport book to travel.
You understand that you are to contact Serenity Destinations Travel Agency immediately, and in advance of your payment due date, if you will be unable to meet this obligation.
You understand that prices and availability quoted by Serenity Destinations Travel Agency are not guaranteed until the deposit (or full payment if trip is within 30-45 days) is fully paid.
You understand that bedding configurations are not guaranteed UNLESS the room you're booking specifically states otherwise.
You understand that all plane tickets will be issued for economy class unless otherwise specified.
You understand that each airline has its own policy regarding luggage, and you will check with your airline ahead of time for any weight restrictions and additional charges relating to checked baggage.
You understand that your plane seats will be provided for you when booking. If you would like specific seat assignments, you may be required to pay a fee on the airline's website.
You understand that Serenity Destinations Travel Agency is not liable for any damages arising from or related to any airline changes, delays, cancellations, missed connections, mechanical problems, inclement weather, seating reassignments, lost/delayed baggage, screening, and security delays, refused boarding or failure to check-in for your flight properly.
You understand that the hotel/resort may put a hold on your debit/credit card upon check-in to cover damages and incidents that may occur during your stay.
You understand that by declining travel protection, you acknowledge and accept liability for any cancellation penalties, damages and/or out–of-pocket expenses incurred.
You understand that Serenity Destinations Travel Agency is simply an intermediary between the Suppliers and the public. Serenity Destination Travel Agency does not own or operate any of, hotels, shore excursions, tours, transportation providers, cruise lines, vessels, airlines, travel protection companies, attractions, or other travel-related Suppliers who provide goods or services for your trip.
You understand that if you must cancel your trip, you will contact Serenity Destinations Travel Agency in advance and as soon as possible.
